Get a new AMP Home Plan policy during the month of October 2014, and we’ll refund you a full month’s premium,* just in time for Christmas.

How does it work? 
Just sign up for your AMP Home Plan insurance during the month of October 2014 and:

  • If you’re paying annually, make sure we have your New Zealand bank account details. This can be in the form of a bank deposit slip or a copy of your bank statement which displays your name and bank account number

  • If you’re paying by Direct Debit, you don’t have to do anything. We’ll simply refund you the one month’s premium into your bank account, just in time for Christmas.

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion begins on 1 October 2014 and ends at 5pm, 31 October 2014.
2. One month’s worth of premium (up to a maximum of $500.00) (the Refund), will be credited to your nominated New Zealand bank account. The Refund includes an amount to cover the pro‑rata monthly amount of the Fire Service and Earthquake Commission levies and GST.
3. The promotion applies only to new AMP Home Plan policies (additional or replacement Home Plan covers are excluded e.g. a new house or contents risk added to an existing AMP Home Plan policy does not qualify). 
4. Application for cover under an AMP Home Plan policy is subject to underwriting criteria. 
5. Proof of your New Zealand bank account should be provided when the policy is being set-up, except where payments are to be paid by Direct Debit. We require either a bank deposit slip or a screenshot of your bank account statement showing the account holder name and bank account number. 
6. To be eligible for the Refund your AMP Home Plan policy:
i. must be in-force before 5pm, 31 October 2014; and 
ii. must still be in force at the time the Refund is credited into your bank account.
7. The Refund will be processed and credited into your nominated bank account during the week commencing 15th December 2014. While we will endeavour to make the Refund payment on schedule, neither AMP Services (NZ) Limited nor Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited will have any liability for any delay in the processing or crediting of the Refund payment if the payment is not made by the week commencing 15th December 2014.
8. The promoters of this promotion are AMP Services (NZ) Limited and Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited.
9. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. The promoters reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time.
